However, acute shortage of expertise is one of the major challenges in the adoption of AI in Marketing. According to a recent PwC study, 72% respondents viewed AI as a “business advantage”, however, research shows that 85% of AI projects fail due to risk, confusion and lack of upskilling among marketing teams.
