Punjab Haryana High Court Says, Government Should Hand Over The Land To NHAI Contractors By October
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the Punjab government to hand over the land required for various pilot projects of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to the concerned contractors on or before October 15.
A division bench of Justice Suresh Thakur and Justice Kuldeep Tiwari gave this order while hearing a petition filed by the National Highways Authority. The High Court made it clear that the land should be transferred to the NHAI in the coming days for its needs.
